They are lacking the professional someone that can demonstrate expertise, ethical conduct, and responsibility in their field. I have had a terrible experience. The staff was incredibly friendly, but not helpful. I spent the whole day submitting the same paperwork over and over until I finally just walk out of the deal altogether. I was not impressed and overall experience was terrible. I DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR YOUR NEXT AUTOMOBILE
The finance and the delivery Portion of this transaction went very smoothly.However, when the car arrived, it only had one key fob, not two.And with that one key fob, the battery was dead, and it stopped working as soon as the truck diver left.I had to spend three hundred and seventy five dollars on a new key.Fob, to be programmed with my car on the day I got it from carvana
I sold my car to Carvana yesterday. The online user interface was great, the team at the drop off location was great. However, I didn't find out that Carvana would charge me nearly $600 to pick up my vehicle until the very last screen of the online process. I live in a major city but had to drop my car off 2 hours away or pay $600. I believe this should have been made clear earlier in the process. I hate to say it, but this really spoiled the entire process.
Selling my car to Carvana was a great experience! From the very good offer to the pick-up of my car everything went smoothly. The communication from Carvana was excellent throughout the process and everything went exactly as described. I highly recommend Carvana!
What a great experience! I got a fair quote and they showed up with their truck and took the car easy peasy. Their men were courteous and professional. Highly recommended!
