Dalton came to my home and the transfer to Carvana was easy and he was a very helpful and nice young man. Could I have sold it private and made more? Yes. Would it be worth it to me to haggle and ride and hear stories of why I was asking so much? No. Just FYI, Carvana gave me 1200.00 more than Carmax. I enjoyed the experience.

Advertised to have a hard top. When I got it, had a soft top. No compensation for that at all. Moving forward, the visor falls down in my view, was told it would be a mechanical claim and be fixed in my 7 day grace period, only for it not to be fixed! Now they say it's part of the trim and not covered. Then all the speakers on the driver side are BLOWN!!! Next issue, went 60 on the interstate and the whole front end shook violently.
