We initially purchased a vehicle, it was a bit too small for our family. We used the seven day exchange and picked up our new vehicle at the Carvana location in Charlotte. When they pulled down the vehicle and started it, the coolant completely emptied out of the car. There is zero chance that this car was inspected. It was a horrible experience. Not one advocate or customer service rep contacted us after this experience.

This was my first experience with Carvana and it didn’t go very well. I had a scheduled appointment to sell my car to you on August 22. I used PTO with my job so I can do this transaction. During my scheduled time, my appointment was rescheduled and that was a BIG inconvenience to me. I was using the funds from sale to purchase a new car. The process to sell my truck to Carvana was very simple and effortless. Everything was done online which made the dropped off process quick and painless. I would sell to them in the future if needed.
It was our first interaction with Carvana. We didn't understand the process and didn't realize it was TOTALLY online. We were under the impression that you get to drive the car before you buy it. However, you purchase the vehicle without a test drive, but you have a 7-day window to return. The representative on the premises answered all of our questions about what appears to be a seamless car buying experience. We may not be brave enough to purchase sight unseen.
