I don't even have the car yet and it's been a horrible experience. I purchased the car online and the pick up was arranged on a Tuesday evening at 6pm. Got an email at 5pm that the car wasn't there yet and they pushed the pick up back to the next Wednesday, eight days away, at 9am. Arrive at the lot at 8:30am to be told that a check engine light came on that morning and it was driven to a shop for evaluation and repair. By far the most pleasant experience Iāve ever had in dealing with selling a car. They could not have made the process any easier. I highly recommend Carvana.Ā
Carvana is filled with crooks and people that donāt know how to recondition cars. They sell vehicles with crummy tires, donāt disclose a policy of a āfive foot ruleā and have a ton of policies regarding claims that they donāt tell you about. Itās nonsense. They sold me a car with 2 bald tires - wouldnāt replace them. Their in-network repair facilities are a joke.
