So I recently had the worst experience of my life using this company Carvana. I can literally say they wrecked my life for an entire month. I even called customer support and spoke with justin--->then RAlu ---> then Nigel (manager) They took the deposit money from my account before approving me for financing. They said I was preapproved. Then "Couldn't verify" the bank I use BlueVine although it showed the proper income. SO they stole my deposit money and said I wont have it back for 15 days. Fantastic process until the shipping. Can't seem to get the vehicle I've paid for and was required to insure. Looking at 10 days and counting for me though they may cancel again soooo. Recommend buying only local vehicles at this point as I've been offered zero resolution for their errors. Will up to 3 stars if the vehicle I was required to pay insurance on for10 days without having possession comes when expected as the process prior to the shipping was in fact easy and care free.
