The car inventory is not up to date. I had tried to purchase 2 cars back to back. After I provided all the information the next day I got an email that said the car was sold. This is my 3rd one and currently waiting to see if it goes through.Â
This is the 4th car we have bought from Carvana, up until now the expirience has been great. However this time was completely different. Starting with delivery being 1/2 hour late, it was dark and the driver rushed out saying you can return in 7 days. This was 9-9-25 at 9pm. When I saw the car in the light of day there was major damage not noted on the listing. I recieved an email saying repairs had been approved and directing me to approved body shops.
