Was considering a refinance with chase. Manuel had called me 4 times along with leaving me 4 voicemails. I never answered nor did i ever speak to manuel carvalho. About 8 days after his phone calls have stopped, i recieve an appraisal from bank in the mail. Meanwhile i had just cancelled the refinance with chase 1 day prior to getting appraisal in mail.
