Got a haircut and blowout yesterday by Gurminder. This is my second time getting that service done by her and both times have been great! She is super helpful with any questions and very nice!
I’ve been seeing Nancy at Carusi Hair Salon for the past 18 years, and I can honestly say she is the best in the business! From the very first appointment, she made me feel welcome and understood exactly what I wanted. I had a really disappointing experience at this salon. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt chaotic. The owner was extremely loud and obnoxious, constantly yelling across the salon and talking over everyone. It made it impossible to relax and enjoy the service. What should have been a peaceful self-care appointment turned into a stressful hour of listening to unnecessary drama and loud conversations. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for a calm, professional environment.
This is an amazing Salon, Nancy is a fantastic hair stylist and is like family to me. She is very talented, listens and creates exactly what you have n mind, we are lucky to have this place in Caledon East.
