First time patient at Carus Dental in San Marcos. I live in Sealy and drove to support Meagan Blaschke who is a Dental Hygienist at the office. I have to say everyone from the front desk to Dr Ortiz were very professional and super friendly. As for Meagan, she did an amazing job. I have never been a fan of getting my teeth cleaned, but she just has a way of making you feel relaxed, and time flew by. So proud to see my daughter doing what she loves to do. I love this dentist office. For me being a new patient, they went above and beyond. They were super patient with my children which is a huge plus to me. They did a full x-ray plus a 3D mold of my teeth. I’ve never had that done before, so I was surprised. I want to give a huge shout out to Meghan! She was awesome! She cleaned my teeth’s so well and even flossed them and she made me feel super comfortable during the entire procedure. I’ve never had a better experience! I highly recommend Alex, there was an issue and he offered to reschedule or go ahead with the cleaning manually-without suction and tools- he was very efficient and made sure to check in with me Surprisingly not painful at all, very compassionate team, highly recommended!
