Awful staff. Scheduling issues from Day 1, with an office that is open extended hours and my work schedule that allows me off early 1 week day, so they set me up with a Dentist that doesn't take patients after the time I'm off early on my single week day, extremely hard to get PTO at the hospital I work at. Never availability for Saturday appointments unless you book months on advance, which is to be expected. I had somewhat of a tooth emergency this morning.. lost a tooth out of a denture on Valentine’s Day and on a Friday!! These wonderful people were the only place I called that even tried to help me out AND they came through with the repair in time for dinner tonight! I cannot thank you enough for your kindness and compassion today

While most dentists seem to give you 1-2 options for your care, Carus gives you ALL options good or bad and leaves it up to you to make the choice. This is also the FIRST dentist I have ever been to in 54 years that advises you of a credit balance because insurance paid more than planned.....
