Service was excellent , from calling to schedule my emergency appointment until treatment was completed.The staff extended much kindness.They explained how my insurance works and the cost of treatment which was quite affordable . When I arrived at the office, I Was greeted by Lauren who was very friendly and seated me immediately in the operatory that she had prepared for me. After years of visiting the same dentist since childhood back in my hometown, I needed to find a dentist here in Cedar Park. Dr. Williams and staff (Rachel, Nadia, and Misha) were all fantastic. They informed me, made me comfortable, gave me options, and they were very delightful. I didn’t hesitate signing up for the annual membership.
Well handled with getting in and out with little exposure to others.
The office is clean and new. The Dr.'s, hygentist and office staff are amazingly nice and answer any question.
