I had such a wonderful experience with my facial here! Savannah was so warm and friendly, and really took the time to figure out what I was looking to get out of my time with her. I have sensitive skin with some texture issues, and she did such a great job explaining what each product did, and answering my questions along the way. The whole experience was so relaxing, and I left with my face feeling smoother than it has in years!
I have had good results with micro needling and Savana was wonderful. She also does wonderful facials. Very professional and detail oriented. A great place to go for aesthetics.
5/5 stars – excellent customer care, and great value. Savannah is amazing! She got me started on a skin care routine that is a game changer! She took the time to write step by step instructions and kept in mind my budget. I am so excited for my IPL treatment next week!

I loved the relaxing atmosphere at Carulli Medical and Aesthetics – the calming music and soft lighting made my visit feel like a mini‑spa retreat. The staff were friendly and the esthetician Savannah was very professional and well educated on the different treatments they have to offer. She answered every question I had. My facial left my skin feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. I definitely will be returning here for more!
