Excellent staff and service. I was helped quickly and professionally, and I cannot recommend them enough. Would recommend them to anyone.
Great customer service
To start, the work that was actually completed was not bad and I would give that more then 1 star, but everything else was awful. When I brought my truck in for repairs after hitting a deer they quoted me 5-6 days and I'll get updates if it will take longer, 4 days go by with no update or contact, that is when I called them and asked what's going on they then inform me that they haven't even looked at mu truck yet and it will be another week. Highly recommend this shop! My first time there was in Oct 2024 as they were the closest location on my insurance company's approved list...now I won't go anywhere else. The service and quality of work are excellent, and everyone I met there is kind and diligent. Every step of the process was easier than I expected. My truck fender looks like new. Big thanks to Chris and the team that made it happen!
