Horrible service. Had to take my car there twice because they didn’t fix it right the first time. I Took my car back for them to fix It and they told me it will be 4-6 weeks before my car is fixed the right way. That’s ridiculous. I will make this known so that people don’t use Gerber collision. Also, Dario was very rude and unprofessional.

Carubba Collision in Hamburg is excellent. This is the first time I experienced their service, and I will never go anywhere else from now on. Service was excellent. Staff is wonderful. Car was ready when promised, and it was cleaned inside and out. The whole team is wonderful.
In 32 minutes.... I dropped off my car, had a fresh-hot �, filled out paperwork, was explained the process AND drove away in a crystal clean rental......perhaps the BEST customer service I’ve EVER experienced! Julie is OUTSTANDING!! Carubba’s in Hamburg is second to NONE!! #CompDetaiLWithRepair�
There is something to said always when your given great customer service from the start.. during and even after the job has been completed. Amazingly enough i brought my daughter's car there the day i picked up my truck... we got her a rental.... thus saving me from ubering....lol shes happy because she has seen the great work they do and knows when i get the text on the progress there making her car will be good as new again! Our vehicle, a 2013 Nissan Frontier, was at the Hamburg facility for 1 month and 2 days. We got it back yesterday and we can't say enough about the excellent work they did getting it back in shape and road-worthy. The people we dealt with, Julie and Jill, were extremely helpful, friendly and very professional. THANK YOU!
There's something special about the staff here, these people are definitely one of a kind. Great customer service, they don't ask tons of questions, accommodated me with a rental, did an excellent job on repairing my vehicle after I was hit in a parking lot by my boss, at fair prices! Highly recommended.
