Completely horrible experience my car came in for very minor body damage. After the car was fixed I received my car back with deep scratches in the windshield. I’ve spoken to the manager and thier gonna look out for quotes on glass. Been over 2 weeks with nothing said to me. I’m extremely disappointed. But hey if they wanna give me a new car after courts done I’m fine with it.
Worst ever. Took them more than 9 weeks to repair front end damage. Brian never returns calls. Never answers phone. And after I picked up my car- it is still NOT fixed. They are worse than incompetent. Didn’t even know they needed more parts (9 weeks in)… I had to pay for a car rental for 9 weeks. Every week they would pretend to give an estimated repair date several weeks ahead. Absolutely do not ever use them. EVER. What can I say Omgaaaaghd, the service that I received from start to finish, the communication was on point, I am a person that was worried about my vehicle not being in the same county as me. But, from me calling to check the progress which was almost 2 or 3 times a week lol. They did an Excellent Job on my Jeep. They kept me informed of the status the whole time. Kind, friendly and the work is top notch. Now that I am aware of this place, I will bring my car here if anything is needed. I will also spread the word on the great work they do.
