1 star is generous to how bad of renters John Carty and Wendy are. They were terrible renters throughout the year. Whenever my roommates or I would email them with multiple issues, they frequently ignored the questions they didn't want to answer. He,John Carty, peeks into your room when your doors closed on said visits and I would not recommend girls renting from him for that reason. His assistant Wendy is THE RUDEST woman I have ever had the absolute displeasure to work with and the fact that she represents Carty rentals is very fitting because the way they handle business is atrocious. I rented with Carty Rentals last school year. I am extremely satisfied with my experience and would reccomend to anyone, especially someone who is in need of a school year lease. Wendy, who is their secretary, was always friendly and willing to help, as she was usually the primary contact when their was ever an issue. We did have a lot of Maintience issues over the course of the year - all were immediately addressed and we were never charged for any of them. These are the worst PEOPLE in Bowling Green, Ohio, let alone realtors. They give you a checksheet to report all damages when you first move in, yet STILL charge you for all of the things that were already there at the end of the year. Plain and simple these people are SCUMBAGS who will take as much of your money as they possibly can. Damages that we did not do were still charged to us, and the correct deposit amount was not returned. These idiots will nickel and dime you as much as they can. Do NOT rent with these pigs.

This Is the worst realtor I have ever dealt with. They are unprofessional, unorganized, and have horrible communication with their employees and customers. It is honestly hard to consider them a legitimate realtor. I have heard negative things in the past, and my current experiences have proven these opinions and stories to be true. Avoid at all cost!

The worst realtor in Bowling Green, Ohio. Not only have I rented from him in the past, but I've only heard negative things from others that have rented from Carty. His business is shady and untrustworthy. The housing is incredibly cheap and rundown, which is how he gets away with it. Just avoid him all together. I'd rather pay Newlove or Greenbriar's overpriced rates any day than deal with Carty.

might be bias but been in business for over 45 years this staying power must be good i've rented to college studs in past there children and grandchildren wow lifes short.
