BEWARE They charged me over $400 to tighten a bolt that was causing the toilet to leak. The guy was there less than 5 minutes. They say it’s a flat fee but there problem is that they don’t tell you beforehand. ABSOLUTELY SHAMEFUL!!
The absolute WORST SERVICE TEAM IN NEW MEXICO. I called for a a furnace repair back in the beginning of November. The technician charged me almost $200 an hour, plus the $60 transportation fee, and charged me for a used power cord. The problem was not fixed. I kept in contact with the technician to try different things. The technician came back down because there was a 30-day guarantee on work and found that my filters were dirty.
