These people were selected to install our hvac in our new house by our builder. While the upstairs unit has performed without a single issue for more than 3 years, our downstairs unit has been problematic to say the least. All due to poor installation. When we started having concerns about our air conditioner they were really quick to come and evaluate. The got the parts that were needed in very fast and came out the next week. They were very fast and efficient.
Keenen went above necessary to make us comfortable while waiting for the new HV unit to be installed. We are 75 and 81 and the heat was dangerous for us. I had just gotten home from the hospital one day before the air went out. Keenen was doing for us what his company is known for. Cartwright Heat & Air is here to serve the people of Tulsa.
