This is a small office, nothing fancy, but they do a fine job. Dr Cartwright is very nice and my son who hated going now doesn't mind because he was so friendly with my son. So far I have not had any issues with them.
I ONLY gave 1 star because I had to, to get my review posted!! Worst dentist I have EVER dealt with! To start, the office stunk like corn chips. Then my 6 year old was called back first, and I was told I could NOT go back with her. Which I found out later should be a HIPPA violation, but because they are a "private practice" they can do as they please. This makes me wonder what other normal HIPPA standards they choose not to honor. Then, neither myself, my 18 yr old, or my 6 yr old saw the dentist. He wasn't even there! He d... read more
