After meeting with the Carts-R-Russ Staff twice – we were comfortable with ordering our custom golf cart. We were happy upon delivery as the cart was built and delivered on time. We have had a couple issues and the office has sent out the mobile repair unit within a day and they were able to fix the problem. We are very satisfied with our golf cart and Carts-R-Russ. The customer service and attention to detail was second to none and they could not be more pleased with the finished product which is a 6 seater cart for all their grandbabies to ride around in!
