This review is about 10 months overdue. We've had NOTHING but first class service from Russ and Ralph. They replaced the motor in our golf cart last November and gave us a "loaner" as they had to wait for the part to arrive. Then in January we had another small issue and Ralph was in the "area" and stopped by. It was an "easy" fix and we weren't charged. Then this past week we had a Forward/Reverse switch burn out. I highly recommend Carts R Russ for anything golf cart related. I have used them on several golf cart projects over the years and have always been pleased with the results. They are always pleasant to work with and are more than willing to do whatever it takes to satisfy the customer. Their prices are reasonable and the work product is excellent.

I recently had a problem with my god cart charging. It took three times to find and correct the problem but finally got to the root of it. They kept at it until it was found, corrected and returned. They treated me with respect and concern. I highly recommend Carts r russ.
