RecommendedI think alot of, Ed he is truly a good guy, he knows his business and really wants to satisfy his customers. There is not many of those,(owners) around any more. Shocked by my experience after reading reviews 😕 I rarely leave bad reviews, but if good customer service is a value of yours I can’t recommend these guys. I called to check on my cart and Christy answered. I told her my name and that I was just calling to check on my cart but she was apparently annoyed by my call and was very short and sarcastic in her exchange with me. Great experience shopping for a cart. They were fast, courteous and honest!
We own an older golf cart. Other local companies did not have the electric motor that we needed, nor an equivalent replacement motor. This company did! Called on a Saturday morning expecting to be rejected again, however, they had both a new or rebuilt engine to meet our needs. After a small drive, my 13 year old daughter was happy again. Ed and Michael gave me an awesome deal on a 2014 Club Car with 6" lift and custom wheels! They delivered a day earlier than expected so my family could enjoy our new purchase. To top it all off, they swapped out a malfunctioning charger for a good one late at night! Just try to get that level of service from any other dealer in town. You guys rock!
