Bought our new to us 2016 Yamaha cart a few weeks ago and couldn't have been happier with the purchase experience. Our salesperson was Jackie and she was so patient with us as we had no idea what we really wanted. Super nice lady! Had new tires/wheels and batteries put on the cart as part of our purchase. Did all of this about an hour before them closing and they still did everything and delivered the cart to our home the same day! I've bought 2 2020 Yamaha EFI Quietech's one in November and one today. You can't beat the Tony, Dana and the crew with excellent service, pickup and Delivery no matter where you are.
From my initial phone call to Dana, to Tony picking my cart up, to Billy who worked on my cart, to “the favorite brother-in-law “ that returned cart to me...This family owned/ran business is exceptionally polite, friendly and respectful and of course knowledgeable in their field of business. I appreciate doing business with a company like that!
Carts Gone Wild was excellent to work with. Our company, ProgressiveHealth, worked with Matt to ensure a custom, safe vehicle for our occupational health team working onsite at SABIC. The vehicle was quality and met all requirements. Matt delivered excellent customer service throughout the ordering process all the way through until the vehicle was safely delivered.
