Worsed experience ever The old Office Mgr was the best his name was Jose, Alot like me courteous and knoledgeable on customers service are always right, the new OM is an idiot and an insultuing person, I complained to the Owner, he was an even bigger idiot, the shop mgr which worked on my car the last time did a great job, sadly this time he put pressure getting out of the car which damaged my motorized steering, breaking it. he is a big guy. Good prices/system Bought a Pioneer Headunit from them for a good price compared to Bestbuy/Circuit City. They also carried a lot of brands and were very helpful explaining the benefits of each. They did an overall good job in helping keep my car stereo looking stock. They also do car alarms and tint for a good price. PROS: Pricing, Selection CONS: Kinda Busy sometimes
extremely helpful I visited Cartronics in pembroke pines, because I wanted an alarm system for my new car. i was amazed with how nicely they treated me and how great their service was. i had plenty of questions to ask and they responded to all of them. Their prices were good and affordable. and i was very happy with my car's alarm system. PROS: great service CONS: none
Can't do anything right They installed tint on my 2013 truck and the tint had bubbles in it. The manager said it would dry up in a few days. After a week I took it back had to make another appointment to get it fixed, went back for my THIRD trip. I have now wasted three days On a Simple tint job. The manager told me they got out the big bubbles but not the small ones and they are not going to replace the tint. I told him I would never be back and I would tell everyone to stay away from there and he said "I don't care". I tri... read more
