My husband made an appointment at 9 am for my car to be dropped off for an automatic start to be installed. He came to pick up the car at 5:45 pm and it still was not done. He waited over an hour for it to be completed at that point causing him to miss his sons basketball game. The equipment works great but the customer service and efficiency was terrible. Last time a vehicle of mine will ever be brought to this store.
These guys are Fantastic and patient!!! Sooo kind!!! I love my new stereo system!!! I'm sooo grateful!!!! They did it for me and "Pearl"!
Last week I went to CarTronics in Rivergate/Madison to see if someone could help me get my iPod to work in my car. I thought I might have to put a new system in, but Brain H showed me that I only needed an auxiliary cable. Instead of spending hundreds I spent under $15.00.
