They installed a remote start for me and Kendall went above and beyond to help me. Great communication and awesome service.
Do not but anything from them. I bought two alpine type r tens when blew in a month. They would not warranty them. I had to pay to send them back to alpine. Waited a month to get them back and they wanted to charge me to reinstall them.
Terrible customer service experience. Scheduled appointment a week in advance. dropped car off and was told install should be complete in 2 hours. Came back after two hours only to find my car in the same place and untouched. When I asked what happened, Tech said they didn't have part and complained about their inventory system. Tech said he could go to another store and asked me to call him if I wasn't going to come back. I left and returned an hour later and was told they don't have the part at any store. Stay away from this place. These folks cannot give you a straight answer. Rude, arrogant. I spent 5 1/2 hours in the "waiting" room inhaling second-hand smoke from the employees in the back. (Hey guys....the cigarette smoke goes through the ventilation system.) I took pictures on my phone that shows 2 guys in the back looking at what I think was a computer monitor puffing away. Bad service, ripoff pricing, don't waste your time – These guys ruined my day and stole my lunch hour with their LIES. Why can't these people just be honest? I had a DVD player and a Sirus TV tuner installed in 2009. The audio has always had interference with the engine electronics and creates a high pitched buzz throughout the system. They tried to fix it a couple of times and couldn't. Meanwhile I still have an annoying audio buzz when the TV/VCR is on. We can only use headphones to watch TV.
