Bought a magenta cartridge 3/16/22 it failed 5/3/22 took back was told by Salesperson Bryton weighed it said it empty, explained that was impossible. On a previous visit Bryton had explained that running head cleaning uses a lot of ink. I explained that I had not printed in color or cleaned heads with this cartridge, he more or less accused me of not being truthful, said he couldn't warranty it because it didn't have at least 50% ink If you going to use this store make sure you have them check weight.

Staffs here are rude. We had our cartridge filled here and when we come home, the cartridge is dry or maybe empty. So we came back and have it replaced, same problem. We came back again and guess what? Exact same thing! Then every time we come back, the staff assisting us isn’t very happy to help.. not to mention that they also closed their store before their closing hours. With the gas money and time spent for going back and forth, we decided to just ate it and went and got a new ink cartridge.. and the printer worked perfe... read more

This place has saved me so much money on my cannon printer and the person who always helps me out is friendly and efficient. I'm in and out in less than 5 minutes with affordable ink, what's there not to like?
