TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! ESPECIALLY AT THE MERIDIAN STORE. THEIR PRODUCTS WORK MAYBE HALF THE TIME IF IM LUCKY. THEY ALWAYS SEEM MAD WHEN I COME IN. AFTER ALL IVE BEEN THROUGH WITH CARTRIDGE WORLD IT SEEMS LIKE THE MONEY BEING SAVED IS JUST ABOUT THE SAME MONEY I PAY FOR BRAND NEW CARTRIDGES BECAUSE I HAVE TO RUN BACK AND FORTH TO THE STORES WHEN ONE DOESNT WORK, UM HELLO WASTING MY GAS! Customer service makes it even worse!
Cartridge World Review. Cartridge World Meridan is my first choice to keep the writing going. The service is fast and friendly. I enjoy the puch card to get a free refil. I have had to bad cartridges over the last two years and they were replaced pronto. Their prices are a bonus and appreciated as other cost go up.
Don't stand by their products Buy Cartridge World products at your own risk. I bought a black toner cartridge which after a bit of use stared to turn the whole page grey. I use my printer for business and so stopped using it for customer documents. When I sent the cartridge back, their excuse for the problem was that the cartridge was a year old. I had used the original cartridges that came with the printer for a number of years and never had a problem.
Super Store Nice folks. good service. They can inspect and repair for a reasonable fee.
Need a copy? Whenever I need to print several hundred copies I head straight to Cartridge World. They are cheaper and have better service than the chain store that does the same thing. They have a fast turnover and have always provided great service.
