We had a cartridge that didn't work and they replaced it no charged! Awesome service they came to fix our printer as well when it needed maintenance. Always friendly service and they take our old cartridges too!
I went in to have the group printing done to work for the school district. James was friendly, helpful, and the process was very quick.
Jeff and Jim are amazing. We use them for all 3 of our plants including one in Milwuakee. Anytime we place an order it comes within just a few days even if ordering 20+ toners. Great prices and always willing to help whenever possible.
Jeff is a fantastic help. Just went online to see the cost of a cartridge for a printer we were going to buy, and he was nice enough to call me and let me know that printer wasn't working for others. Great attention to your customers, I really appreciate it. In the past, we had issue with the cartridge in our current printer, and they delivered a replacement one that very day. thank you for all of your assistance, attention and cooperation!
