This place is great. For the cartridges my printer uses, the price is exactly half of the big box stores, the print quality is just as good as factory for anything I've ever printed, and the customer service is great. I've talked to the same guy in the store twice now (I assume he's the franchisee) and he is just plain nice and helpful, couldn't ask for more.
Brian was very helpful. He gave me all of the information I needed to pick up my cartridge as well as responding in a timely manner due to having a minor crisis at work where I needed ink ASAP!
I work for a local Buckhead company and we have been using Cartridge World and Max Pierre for years. Max goes above & beyond to get us what we need, when we need it. He even delivers for free! Amazing service. I highly recommend this store!
Door was locked before stated closing time. In addition, they were not able to refill my Brother’s ink cartridges. The only option was to purchase a new set, which they weren’t sure when they’d be back in stock!
