I have had a few experiences with this company and they all have been very positive. My most recent was a problem with an older printer displaying an error code. I brought it in and they were able to clear the code and get it running like a champ again. I have experienced with this company a willingness to help, honesty, and a sense of community.

I spoke to Josh on last Friday and informed him that I would be coming from Decatur Ga with my Canon Imageprograf TC 20 24” Large Wide Format Printer. Upon arriving around at 9:30 am on Monday I was able to put a name with a face. Josh and Hayden was so kind, courteous, professional and knowledgeable,I was originally told on free day that I would have to drop the printer off for a couple of days, but I was in and out within 10 mins of my issue being detected. I highly recommend 10 out of 10
