I use this company exclusively for refilling my business' cartridges. Newsflash: ink is expensive! This company DOES offer an additional discount for bringing in your own cartridges and I'm happy to pay a few dollars more (if that is the case) to not have to spend the additional time and money shipping ink in and I'm supporting a local business to boot. (Franchises are owned by and employ people here even if Cartridge World itself is national). Always pleasant service and good quality cartridges.
I absolutely will never go back to cartridge world! I started noticing that my cartridges never lasted very long, so then I was told not to let them sit for so long and they will last longer. So I got a new cartridge from the cartridge world store on dawson and used it and it only lasted 5 days! I print around 30 sheets a day (invoices for my small business) and nothing more. I have talked to several different people who have used cartridge world and all of us agree! HORRIBLE products! you pay just a little less than retail on a brand new cartridge, you get less than half the print jobs you would with a new cartridge and you get horrible customer service and bad excuses from a lackluster staff.
