Our business has been doing business with CW for few years now. Their service and quality has always been on point. We will continue doing business with them!
They have the phone forwarded to a cell phone that does not even pick up right now at 12 noon , when it has been opened for several hours. Terrible! You can not even get anyone on the phone to answer a question, or take your money. Called the other location on Eastern and a very apathetic sounding woman answered. She did not want to be bothered to look up the ink I needed when I had the model number - then proceeded to tell me I was giving the wrong model number three times, because she could not locate the ink needed.
