Have been going here a few times over the years to get replacement cartridges for my printer. The cartridges are $90 a piece for 3k-6k paper count. For the work I do I usually go in approximately 2 years at a time. Replacement cartridge lasted 6 months, same amount of work. Was told on phone that they would replace it under 1 year warranty as could be defective. Get there, they weigh it and tell me it will be 45$ for another one. New printer would not work with Cartridge Warehouse Cartridges. Took Printer in & Tui gave me exceptional service. Tui tested the Printer, replaced a Cartridge, test pirinted a page, & now Printer is working . AND, no charge!!! I highly recommend Cartridge Warehouse & have been a loyal customer for many years.
The worker named tui, was a very nice and professional lady. Very helpful finding the exact ink cartridge I needed for my specific printer. I highly recommend.
