I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Cartridge Source, especially because of Joe! He went above and beyond to help me and made my entire experience so easy and stress-free. His customer service was exceptional—he was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely went out of his way to make sure everything was taken care of. Great store run by a great person. Got nothing but amazing support and compassion printing our lost dog posters yesterday. Thank you so much much for your assistance. Mando has been found!
Great service. They went above and beyond to help fix a mistake by FedEx. Thanks
A few years back, I was looking for a place that repairs printers. Unfortunately, mine was outdated and the ink wasn’t being made anymore, so in the end it just didn’t make sense to fix it. Joe helped me find a printer that fit my budget instead. Helpful, honest local service. If he doesn’t have what you’re looking for, he’ll actually make the effort to point you in the right direction. I really like how he interacts with customers and treats people with genuine personal care. That kind of service is hard to find nowadays.
Cartridge Source is no longer a UPS depot, but they took the time to find a contact phone number for me. Thanks guys!
