Always a good deal and friendly. When there is occasionally an issue with a cartridge they make it right in a friendly way too. No worries here. A++ AND cheaper than buying new or other places PLUS they put in more ink than most other places.
These people are awesome and part of what makes Norfolk great !! Their customer service is second to none.
Beware! If you buy a bum cartridge which happens a lot, if you don't return it in 60 days they will only give you 1/2 credit. This policy change has caused me to go back to buying on line.
