Cartridge Connection AK was absolutely on the ball and had excellent customer service. I was in a rush to get new toners and drums for my work printer and they shipped out the same night of my order 2 day air and the prices are just excellent...the best prices I've seen on these products. Customer Service rep Marcie Davis was on top of it and communicated very effectively about each step of the process. Only using these guys from this point forward. Highly Recommend!
Cartridge Connection AK truly saved the day for us! We urgently needed a cartridge for our fax machine, and they went above and beyond by overnighting it to us. Even with the overnight shipping cost, their prices were still cheaper or highly competitive compared to others I called—and those alternatives would’ve taken 7–10 days to deliver at best!
