10 years ago we were introduced to Rachel and Cartozian. Rachel helped us with beautiful window coverings as well as area rugs. She was, and continues to be, incredible to work, responsive, dependable and stands by her work 100%! Rachel's customer service is outstanding and 10 years later, she is still taking care of us and our home needs. So happy to have crossed paths with her!

What a delight to work with such an amazing, professional, and knowledgable team, led by Rachel. The carpeting project I had was a unique one, and Rachel helped me navigate decision-making, materials' selection, and a "match" for my home's style. I was thrilled with the outcome. Rare today to find a company that delivers at 100% perfection!

Even when minor delays occurred, they were proactive in keeping us informed, ... read more

We worked with Rachel of Cartozian Flooring and Interiors to replace our mid century home’s carpet. Rachel provided excellent input on the style, type and color. We ended up choosing a beautiful wool carpet. The installation was quick and professional and the result was amazing. Highly recommend them!
