Better options elsewhere The staff, especially the management, is terribly rude. Services are overpriced for the quality that is provided and the facilities are cluttered and messy. There are much better options in Laramie.
Good in my experience! Overall, I love Cartouche. I've been for numerous facials and massage sessions, and they are always very relaxing (I've been put to sleep more than once, and that is not easy!).
Don't go there to relax My experience here was not relaxing at all. I could hear the person in the next room as well as the people out front talking. There were distractions in the room, and the lady who did my facial left the room 3 times. The last time she left, the steamer stopped and I was just laying there for 5 long minutes. Great Spa I was greeted with a smile and the service was above expectations. The massage was amazing. I had never herd of a Lomi Lome before but I would recommend it to anyone needing a massage. I wasn't sore afterwords.

I have found the best pedicures in Laramie here. Darci pays attention to detail and intends them to last while complying with all of the State of Wyoming regulations. So it is hard to beat the spa and the services.
