I went in 3 weeks ago to purchase a 2016 BMW M4. Sabrine and Omar were the two associates I dealt with. They were kind in the beginning and itching to make the sale. Omar ran some numbers and gave me an estimate. The next day, to my surprise, they added a $2900+ "pre-delivery inspection fee" out of nowhere to the total cost of the car. Honestly, don't waste your time. The cars are priced low because they add extra imaginary fees. The customer service is great and my salesman wasn't pushy but the manager Al and his fees are full of complete crap. He even tried to show me that they as dealerships have to pay fees like I'm some child that doesn't know that. My BS radar went off when he pulled that feigning "transparency." Al, those legitimate fees do not justify the added fees that you were trying to charge me. They tried to add $2,096 of fees to my purchase.... read more
