I was a repeat customer to Cartiva. The way I was treated today, I will not go back again. The salesman basically thought he had the sale in the bag. When we went to the dealership he didn't even come out to greet us, knowing who we were. "I guess I'm getting lazy" he said. This was Charlie, one of the owners. He also told us that "all sunroofs are supposed to leak." Excellent Customer Service! – I have been and continue to be impressed by Stillwater Cartiva and specifically Charlie the owner. I purchased an A8 Audi and have had to take it back a couple of times for various concerns. These ended up being minor issues, but this was not known at the time it was brought in. Each concern was handled without any hesitation. They have taken the time to either loan me a car or go as far as to drive me to work.
