The guys here are simply very friendly; they look for the best way to help you buy your new vehicle, and the service is friendly and efficient. They protect your personal information, and once it's no longer needed for your approval, they shred it right in front of you. My experience with CarTime was very disappointing. Customer service needs significant improvement, and there was poor communication between staff and new customers. I did not feel informed or supported throughout the process, which made the experience frustrating. Due to these issues, I ultimately had to finance my vehicle elsewhere. I would not recommend this location based on my experience. This process started well before the holidays so the “ we were closed for the holidays “ excuse is very insulting.
They were nice but they sold me a car with major electrical problems. I put 217 miles on it before I started having problems with it . The warranty didn't want to cover it . I tracked the cars previous owner out of Texas and they said it had been in flood water. So now I still owe 12k on a car I can't even drive till I replace the TIPM and the PCM/ECM . Make sure you check the vehicle over !
