Wonderful pedicure and great staff. Welcomed me in even though they were closing soon and I didn’t realize!
This has to be the best nail salon around. I received a friendly greeting from the receptionist, from the front desk, not from behind another client. She is an expert bi-linguist! The customer service was excellent. They listened to me and carefully confirmed exactly what I asked for, whereas other salons argued and looked at me funny. I couldn’t be more impressed with Cartier’s patience and professionalism.

I went here on the 24th, I went back the 29th to get two fingers fixed that chipped or peeled or broke off… two days later one of those same fingers, the gel is peeling right off… they were very kind to fix them however the quality obviously just isn’t there in my experience. Very disappointing. Update: a week and two days later 3 more nails have chipped… 🥲I work from home so I’m not strenuous on my hands. So upsetting
