Disappointed with my expirence today. Originally I gave Cartier Nails & Spa a 5 star review. Today I brought my mom in for our mother/daughter birthday pedicure. We were extremely rushed through. The pedicure was 10 minutes, nails painted. Completely finished in under 20 minutes. The water was cool. We were hoping for a design, but before we knew it, the women servicing us disappeared. I requested Gel-X nails with French tips and some polka dots. My appointment started off fine until my nail tech began applying the Gel-X tips. My natural nails were fairly long, but neither my nails nor my cuticles were trimmed or cleaned up beforehand. I was confused why neither of these things were cleaned. My nails turned out beautiful, but the cuticles look rough. For spending $80 ($96 w/tip) , I thought my service was alright.

A true gem. I’ve seen every tech here. They’re all professional and talented. The facility itself is very clean and they require everyone to wash hands prior to starting which I’ve never had at any other salon. Highly recommend!
