I had the pleasure of working with Denise. She was prepared with my requested piece on hand to try. She was thoughtful and recommended an engraving that really personalized the piece. And she took the time to show me around the boutique and share all the ways that Houston has been honored within. She made the experience friendly, thoughtful, and special.

Extremely disappointed in the customer service at Cartier Houston. My sister and I purchased our Love bracelets from the Dallas boutique two years ago. At the time, cleaning kits were unavailable, and we were told we could always stop by a Cartier location for complimentary cleaning or go to a boutique to request a cleaning kit. Took my ring to be re sized today, only to be told that because they are moving one block away they are not taking repairs. That they don’t want to lose anything… they won’t take it and to come back in 2 weeks after they moved. Wow. I guess if I was buying something new and needed service they wouldn’t allow my purchase either? Very disappointed in Cartier right now.
