I had a 5 pm appointment (9/13) with my usual sales associate for exchanging a piece of item I bought a day before virtually. The associate was busy when we arrived and another associate or manager greeting people entering the store asked my family to have a seat. Apparently the greeter or any of the other 2-3 associates standing near her did not inform my usual associate she had a waiting customer. Sadly customer service has gone way downhill at this location. This is the second time I have had something sent away to be fixed and I have called several times trying to talk to someone about the extremely expensive estimate. I was assured someone would get back to me but still have not received a call back. I’m not sure what has happened as their customer service used to be top notch but it is honestly one of the worst I have experienced.
