My husband purchased a beautiful Panthere necklace today for me. . Our salesman was Alex. He is an experienced and excellent salesman. He is very knowledgeable and trustworthy. The Manhasset store is very welcoming and professionally run. This is our second purchase with Alex. The first experience with him was just as enjoyable. Thank you Alex for all your help! Very unhappy with service given to my husband and I today. It was busy when I arrived so I gave my name and cell number for them to call me when an associate was ready to assist me. I made a mistake of saying I wanted to do an exchange. I waited 30 min. Before I was notified. When I arrived again they (3) people seemed to not understand why I was there.
