Seeing as how they mistreated someone from the Greeters Guild they definitely will never see another dime from me if they can't be respectful and continuing violating someone's rights out on public sidewalks.

The service at this location is truly atrocious. The items my wife wanted were out of stock in the store, and instead of helping us order said items the salesperson kept giving us long-winded explanations about how "they're nowhere to be found". Within the time period of hearing another one of her excuses, and trying to upsell my wife into something she didn't even want, I was able to go on the Cartier website, order the item, and have it shipped overnight directly to our residence. If I could give zero stars I would. The most horrific customer service of my entire life. The phone systems don't work and it’s almost impossible to get through to the store. Carmen(Manager) promised to call me back when we spoke on 8/22. She never called me back. Then during the week of 9/3, I left 3 messages for Kristen(Director) and she never called me back. The service of this store is rather poor. When we made the purchase, they asked for our phone number and said they would keep in touch at any time. After we bought the Diamond ring, they didn't update our tracking time. Neither did they reply to our messages or call us for update. It's been a month and we still haven't received our ring, with no explanation at all. We hope the official can give us an account after seeing this. We are very disappointed.
