Very unhappy with service given to my husband and I today. It was busy when I arrived so I gave my name and cell number for them to call me when an associate was ready to assist me. I made a mistake of saying I wanted to do an exchange. I waited 30 min. Before I was notified. When I arrived again they (3) people seemed to not understand why I was there.
