Very disappointed with the customer service. As a serious customer, I made an appointment to buy a watch but they didn’t have the model I was hoping to buy, which was totally okay. I was asked to provide my contact details to be put on the wait list. They said they will text me with the confirmation but I heard nothing. When I first entered the store, I have to admit that I felt a bit disappointed. After we walked in, a sales associate initially approached us to offer assistance, but he was stopped by a lady at the entrance, who told us that we could just look around by ourselves.
