Terrible experience. I’ve shopped at many luxury jewellery brands and while their products are great, this was certainly the worst customer service experience I’ve had. First, the sales associate was too busy talking down on Tiffany’s instead of focusing on the values of Cartier that it made the experience very unpleasant. He rolled his eyes at Tiffany’s and talked about how their Director came from Tiffany’s because it’s so bad there. My partner and I had a great experience purchasing our wedding bands at Cartier, thanks to Sharon. She was incredibly attentive, offering professional feedback on each ring and providing thoughtful suggestions without ever rushing us. Her expertise made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. If you’re getting help from a sales associate who’s not too tall, wears glasses, has round eyes, looks a bit Asian, and is on the chubbier side — run away. He will ruin your entire Cartier experience. According to him, Cartier has a strict “three strikes” policy when gifting an item: if it doesn’t fit, you can only exchange it twice.
