Use this as a TEACHABLE moment. I assume the owner is the one that answered the phone today as his voice matched the greeting message. But when someone calls and ask for the owner or manager then you need to change your interaction with that person. That person could be a disgruntled customer with an actual complaint about your services. But saying something really fast and hanging up on them should not be your go to response.
