I have been a lifelong patient of Dr Golden and have remained loyal up until today. I have not felt comfortable nor valued as a customer since the new ownership took over. The representative who helped me with my glasses order wrote stuff into the order, such as progressive lenses, without even asking if I wanted it. I did ask them to redo the order without some of the options, but I feel like it should have been offered to begin with not a feature that has to be requested. Carthage Eye Associates is a great place! All the staff are great. They’re very friendly and professional! The Eye Doctors really take their time to listen and explain (I have seen 2 eye doctors there). Jenna, that helped with my frames, was very kind and knowledgeable. She was patient with helping me pick the frames that looked great on me within my budget! Would recommend Carthage Eye Associates to anyone!

This team was so very helpful. I did not have an appointment and I was not a returning patient. After an ER run, I was told to see my eye Dr. Well, I didn't have one. The ER gave me suggestions. I took their first one. I was surprised that they could work me in to their schedule. Everyone was so very helpful and polite. Thank you ALL!
I had to right this review due to the 4 people that I interacted with today all four were wonderful. They were polite and they just gave off a GOOD POSITIVE energy. I know many people will sit and say well that’s part of their job. ALL four of them did it where it came natural. Even though it might be in the job description to be nice and polite and stuff, it was more where it felt more organic for them instead of how a lot of companies forcing their employees to.
