We have not lived here a yr yet but the most up most respectful people I've rented from they come to you with a problem first hand very understanding place is kept up and if not we will get a letter asking us to please keep things picked up if you call them with a problem they are right on it to fix it right away if they can I plan on staying here as long as I can

I really enjoyed my stay over a 3 year span at Emjay Apartments. Christina and Danielle are the best property managers that any company could have acquired. They have always been extremely professional and courteous whenever there was a concern to be addressed. If I could bring them with me to my new location as property managers, I would in a New York minute. The maintenance men were always professional and courteous as well. i called asking about a apartment they will take youre info first then answer. a couple of months later my credit score has gone down 37 points. dont know reason why they doing that to my credit for just a question. read and beware before you call them
