Our pets get great care. The staff are very attentive to your pets needs.
If your pet is ever sick and you think they might die don't bother taking them to Carthage Animal Hospital bc apparently even if it's an emergency it doesn't matter if your pet might die if they are double booked. They are happy to tell you to go 20 minutes away to the emergency vet that's 3x the cost even tho it's during their business hours. Central Pet Care apparently cares about your pet bc they make time 4 u
Things that really turn out the way we wanted them 2 but the staff was very nice and compassionate.
I would recommend Carthage Animal Hospital to anyone needing a Vet. Have been going there for over 20 years with a variety of cats and a variety of problems. The Vets and the staff have always been very caring....understanding that these furbabies were my family. They were also very compassionate when I had to have several of them put to sleep. Today I called at 12:30 about an eye problem one of my cats was having. They worked me in and all is well. Thank you to all of you.
I truly could not be more pleased with every moment of my experience with Carthage Animal Hospital. I was in a bit of pickle with an injured dog who needed to be on complete crate rest for 6-8 weeks and who chewed through 3 crates at home. I called and spoke to Nancy at Carthage Animal Hospital and was told that they offer doggie day care and would be happy to work with me to provide crate care. The entire staff is so friendly each and every time I go in and the price is reasonable which is so great given the length of time ... read more
Their day to day care of our pets is superb but their compassion when we lost our pet was outstanding.
Thank you for being such an amazing vet!! Was in Saturday with our new family pet and as always extremely happy with the care provided!! Highly recommend this vet!!
